SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Maximum 500 words (abstract) with maximum 5-6 keywords, Maximum 4000 words (full paper)
- Paper types – Conceptual, Cases, Empirical
- Formatting guidelines
Font style – Times New Roman
Font size – Title 16, Main Heading 14, Sub-heading 12 in Italics, Running text 12
Line spacing – 1.5
Margins – Normal layout
Title should be center-aligned. Headings texts should be left-aligned. Running texts should be justified.
The manuscript should be checked thoroughly for grammatical and spelling errors.
Do not insert header and footer.
The manuscript should be submitted in Word format only.
Do not reveal the identity of the author anywhere in the manuscript except on the title page. Mention the name, affiliation and address details of the author on the title page.
- Instructions on tables, graphs, illustrations, figures
Tables, Graphs, Illustrations and Figures should be numbered appropriately with the title for each of them mentioned right beneath
All these details should be sent in a separate Word file with right identification numbers
Mention the table/graph/illustration/figure numbers in the main manuscript file where they are to be inserted

APA 6th edition style referencing should be used
